Supademo pricing: how the plans are counted, per creator

How Supademo counts creators across Free, Scale, Business, Growth and Enterprise, what each tier unlocks and the seat arithmetic, read October 24, 2026.

Last materially reviewed 2026-10-24

Quick answerSupademo prices by creator seat, not by demos or views. Free covers one creator. Scale bills each creator, Business and Growth bundle one and five creators, and Enterprise starts at ten. Count the people who build demos, then read the live page for amounts from a US view with billing set to monthly and then yearly.
Supademo is likely to fit when

✓ B2B software teams of about 5 to 200 people with one to five people building demos

✓ Product marketers who want a clickable tour on a landing page or in sales emails

✓ Teams that want a Free plan to test one demo before paying for seats

✓ Customer success leads who want walkthroughs inside help articles

Important limitations

— Teams that need many builders on one flat team plan

— Teams that need sandbox demos below the Growth plan

— Anyone who only needs a screen recording

— Companies that need lead forms or a watermark-free embed on a free plan

Supademo pricing: how the plans are built

Supademo sells five tiers: Free, Scale, Business, Growth and Enterprise. The billing unit is the creator seat. Every plan lists unlimited external views, so an audience that grows does not raise the bill, but a team that adds builders does.

Creator and Admin seats are paid, while Viewer and Billing Admin seats are always free, according to the billing help. Scale bills per creator. Business includes one creator and bills extra creators individually. Growth bundles five creators and bills extra creators individually. Enterprise starts at ten creators on custom terms. Paid plans bill monthly or yearly, and the pricing page opens on yearly billing.

Why the amounts live on the vendor's page

Each plan on the pricing page shows a monthly amount beside a lower yearly one, and the terms allow Supademo to change pricing with advance notice, effective at renewal. A figure copied into a guide would age quickly, so amounts stay on the live page.

Open it from a US view, set billing to monthly, then to yearly, and write down the amount for your creator count on each setting. Check the page again before you subscribe.

The seat arithmetic: three steps

A bundle only gets cheaper per creator as you fill its seats. With one creator, Scale and Business each count one billable creator. With five, Growth covers all five inside its plan amount. With six, Growth adds one extra seat on top. Three steps give you a number to check against the live page.

  • Count builders: list everyone who will record or edit demos in the next year. Teammates who only watch, share or analyze demos can hold free Viewer seats, five on Scale and unlimited on higher plans.
  • Match features to tiers: HTML demos start at Business, sandbox demos at Growth, and lead forms, email gates, Showcase embeds and watermark removal at Scale.
  • Run the sum: on Scale, cost is the per-creator amount times your creators. On a bundled plan, cost is the plan amount plus one extra-seat amount for every creator beyond the bundle. Divide the total by your creators to get cost per creator.

What each tier unlocks

  • Free: one creator, five guided interactive demos, 50 video recordings, unlimited views, embeds, link sharing, the Chrome extension and hotspots.
  • Scale adds: unlimited guided demos, Showcase collections, lead forms and tracking, analytics, watermark removal, custom domain, AI Command, the MCP server, branching, variables and CRM integrations.
  • Business adds: guided HTML demos, HTML editing, AI data editing, offline demos, priority support and unlimited view-only collaborators.
  • Growth adds: sandbox demos, Route Hub, AI voice cloning, demo versioning and onboarding support.
  • Enterprise adds: SSO and SAML, custom data retention, multiple workspaces and dedicated support and training.

Free plan, trial and the AI agent add-on

The Free plan never expires, and paid plans come with a 14-day trial with no credit card required. The billing help says a second free trial is not offered, and that a trial ends by returning the account to Free unless you subscribe. The pricing page also mentions a startup plan for early-stage companies and case-by-case discounts for non-profits and some schools; ask Supademo for current conditions.

The AI Demo Agent is a separate usage-based add-on on paid plans. It spends credits, 1,500 of which are free for each workspace, and credits do not expire, according to the vendor.

Billing terms that change what you pay

  • Adding a creator mid-cycle brings a prorated charge: the general FAQs call it immediate, while the billing help says it is charged in the next billing cycle, so check your Billing page. Removing a seat credits the difference to the next billing period, and deactivating a member brings a prorated credit, not a refund.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for periods equal to the current term unless canceled before renewal, and the terms say refunds are generally not provided.
  • Canceling is done from Account Settings and Billing, and access ends at the close of the current billing cycle.
  • Compare the result with Storylane's seat bundles and with the flat team plans in the best interactive demo software guide.
