Seats, AI credits and CRM sync on sales platforms

  • Walnut: Ignite includes 3 Editor seats, 3 Presenter seats and 50,000 AI credits. Accelerate, $1,550 a month billed annually, has 6 and 6 seats and 100,000 credits. Credits are an annual pool with no overage charges, and HubSpot and Salesforce sync starts on Ignite.
  • Demoboost: Start Up has 2 seats, Essentials 5 and Growth 10. Native CRM integrations, including HubSpot and Salesforce, begin on Growth, $1,200 a month billed yearly.
  • Navattic: Base has 5 seats, and Navattic Launchpad lets sales teams send customized demos to prospects by email.
  • Reprise: one annual platform fee plus per-user licenses. Consensus: per-user licenses plus optional usage-based tools.

How each demo automation platform sells

Demoboost's FAQ says it offers no self-serve free trial and points buyers to a live demo. Walnut's pricing page sends buyers to "Book a demo". Reprise's button reads "Request Pricing", and Consensus offers "Try a demo" and "Book a meeting". Navattic is the exception, with a free Starter plan of one seat and one demo.

When a self-serve demo tool is enough

Supademo Growth is $350 a month billed yearly, or $450 billed monthly, with five creators bundled and sandbox demos. Its cheaper plan, Scale, is $38 a month per creator on yearly billing, without HTML or sandbox demos. The AI Demo Agent is a usage-based add-on on paid plans, sold in credits apart from seats.

Storylane Growth is $500 a month on yearly billing with five seats and HTML demos, which fits a small team that builds its own. See Supademo vs Walnut and Navattic vs Supademo for the pairs, and the best interactive demo software page for the self-serve field. Supademo lists a 14-day trial of its paid plans with no card, so a small team can test self-serve demos before any sales call.
