How many builders before HowdyGo costs less
Supademo bills by creator and HowdyGo bills one price for unlimited users. For screenshot demos, Supademo Scale costs less than HowdyGo Starter for up to three builders on monthly billing and up to four on yearly billing. Two creators are $76 a month, billed yearly, against $159 a month on annual billing for HowdyGo Starter.
HowdyGo's Starter plan has unlimited HTML demos for any number of users at $159 a month on annual billing. Supademo's guided HTML demos start on Business, at $199 a month billed yearly with one creator included. A creator is anyone who records and edits demos, and paid plans count each one as a seat.

HowdyGo's page opens on its Annual setting, so its $159 and $399 are annual-billing figures, and its monthly-billing figures are $199 and $499. Supademo's Scale is per creator, while Business and Growth add $50 a month for each creator beyond the ones included.

HTML demos, CRM sync, analytics and sandboxes
HowdyGo's Starter plan includes HTML demos, lead capture forms and custom branding. CRM sync, analytics and a custom domain start on Pro. Sandboxes, which HowdyGo's FAQ calls open, exploratory environments where prospects click around freely, are an add-on on Pro and Enterprise with no price shown.
On Supademo, HubSpot sync and overview analytics start on Scale, guided HTML demos on Business and sandbox demos on Growth. Supademo's seat stepper shows six Growth creators at $400 a month on yearly billing, against $399 for HowdyGo Pro, though the two plans carry different features. HowdyGo Pro stays at $399 for any number of users, while each Supademo creator after the fifth on Growth adds $50 a month.
Trials, free plans and setup fees
Supademo has a Free plan for one creator and a 14-day trial of Scale, Business or Growth, and its pricing FAQ says no credit card is required. HowdyGo has no free plan: Starter and Pro each show a Start 14-day trial button, and its pricing page says "The first 14 days are on us." HowdyGo's FAQ says there is no setup fee and that it will extend trials for serious evaluators.
Who should pick Supademo and who should pick HowdyGo
- Supademo for up to three builders on screenshot demos (four on yearly billing), or for HubSpot sync with analytics for one creator on Scale at $38 a month, billed yearly.
- HowdyGo when several people build HTML demos, since Starter has unlimited users and HTML demos.
A customer-success lead who cannot yet say how many teammates will edit demos gets a fixed price from HowdyGo, where Supademo asks for the creator count first. Both offer a 14-day trial. Supademo's pricing FAQ adds that no credit card is required, and HowdyGo's pricing page says "The first 14 days are on us."
